Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced

Lead / Architect React Developer to design and build scalable, high-performance front-end applications. This role involves defining architecture, leading development teams, and driving best practices across UI engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop enterprise-grade front-end applications using React.js
• Define frontend architecture, design patterns, and reusable component libraries
• Lead and mentor a team of React developers
• Collaborate with product, UX/UI, backend, and DevOps teams
• Drive performance optimization, scalability, and security best practices
• Implement

Micro Frontend architecture where applicable

• Ensure code quality through code reviews, standards, and governance
• Integrate front-end applications with

REST/GraphQL APIs

• Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies and trends

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in

JavaScript (ES6+), React.js ecosystem

• Deep knowledge of

React Hooks, Context API, Redux/Zustand

• Strong experience with

TypeScript

• Expertise in

HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Tailwind or Styled Components

• Experience with

Next.js (SSR, SSG)

• Strong understanding of frontend architecture & design patterns
• Experience with

Micro Frontends (Module Federation)

• Knowledge of

Web Performance Optimization (Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals)

• Hands-on experience with

Git, CI/CD pipelines

Architecture & Leadership Skills

• Proven experience in designing scalable front-end architectures
• Ability to define technical roadmap and UI strategy
• Strong experience in team leadership, mentoring, and code governance
• Experience in handling large-scale enterprise applications
• Ability to make high-impact technical decisions

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with

GraphQL (Apollo Client/Server)

• Familiarity with

Node.js (for SSR or BFF layer)

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with

Docker, Kubernetes

• Exposure to testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright)
• Understanding of

DevOps and CI/CD integration
