Lead Data Analyst - Python and SQL

Requirements

Must have:

- 7-9 years of relevant professional experience in data analysis or a related domain - Advanced proficiency in SQL programming, statistical analysis, and data modeling - Significant experience with statistical software such as R, SAS, or Python - Proven capability in leading and managing cross-functional teams on data projects - Strong initiative to lead, monitor, and report on team projects - Established reputation for reliability and dependability - Experience in developing and executing data strategies and analytics initiatives that align with organizational goals - Exceptional analytical skills with a keen attention to detail - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, adept at working with diverse teams and conveying complex concepts to senior management

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement data strategies and analytics initiatives in alignment with business objectives - Lead and manage cross-functional teams to execute data projects and generate insights that influence business decisions - Design and construct data models and simulations for trend forecasting - Perform advanced analyses using statistical tools and software, including R or Python - Identify opportunities for enhancement in data collection and analysis procedures and suggest remedies to boost efficiency and precision - Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to share insights and recommendations with executive leaders and various stakeholders - Mentor and guide junior data analysts while promoting a data-driven culture within the organization
