Lead Full Stack AI Engineer

The Role

• Design and develop multi-agent AI orchestration platforms, intelligent automation solutions, and reusable AI capabilities.
• Build and enhance multi-agent AI orchestration platforms and automation frameworks.
• Develop enterprise-grade full-stack applications that support AI-powered experiences and solutions.
• Design and implement Generative AI solutions using modern agent frameworks and technologies.
• Partner with product, architecture, and engineering teams to design and deliver innovative AI capabilities.
• Drive technical excellence across solutions with a focus on scalability, security, reliability, and performance.

What You'll Need

• 7+ years of experience developing enterprise web applications.
• Strong full-stack development experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Strong front-end development experience with React.js and Next.js, and modern UI technologies like Tailwind CSS and Bootstrap.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience designing and building Generative AI applications and AI agent frameworks (ADK, OpenAI Agent Frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph).
• 5+ years of experience designing and building scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software engineering principles and application architecture, with ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
