Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Java Lead / Senior Java Backend Developer with strong backend development expertise to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, and enterprise application development, along with the ability to lead technical discussions and mentor development teams.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Java/J2EE backend development.
• Hands-on experience with Java 8/11/17.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Strong knowledge of Hibernate, JPA, and JDBC.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Knowledge of multithreading, collections, and design patterns.
• Experience with Maven/Gradle and Git.
• Experience with application performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Experience with unit testing using JUnit and Mockito.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Previous experience leading technical teams, code reviews, and development activities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend applications.
• Build scalable microservices and REST APIs.
• Lead technical design discussions and development activities.
• Review code and ensure coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and business teams.
