Lead Java Full Stack Developer

We are seeking an experienced Lead Java Full Stack Developer with 10+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, AWS Cloud, and AWS Lambda , along with proven experience leading development teams and driving cloud-native application modernization initiatives

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade full-stack applications.

Leadership Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to a team of developers.
• Define application architecture and development standards.
• Review solution designs and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Mentor junior and senior developers through technical coaching.
• Drive engineering excellence through code reviews and automation.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Manage technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of experience building cloud-native applications on AWS.
• 3+ years of experience leading development teams or technical initiatives.
• Strong expertise in full-stack application development using Java and React.
• Experience implementing serverless solutions using AWS Lambda.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Solution Architect Certification.
• Experience with Generative AI and AI-powered applications.
• Experience with OpenShift or Kubernetes platforms.
• Knowledge of Security Best Practices and OWASP standards.
• Exposure to FinTech, Banking, Healthcare, Retail, or E-commerce domains.
• Experience with observability tools such as Splunk, ELK Stack, Grafana, and Prometheus.
