Hiring: Senior Lead Engineer – React Native (Mobile Apps)

📍 Framingham, MA (Onsite)

No Corp to Corp. Only W2. H1B looking for a transfer on Grace Period will be considered. We’re looking for a Senior Lead Engineer – React Native to lead the technical direction of a modern mobile platform and build scalable, high-performance iOS & Android apps. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can drive architecture, performance, and delivery while mentoring a strong mobile engineering team.

✅ What you’ll do

Lead mobile engineering operations and set mobile architecture strategy

Build enterprise-grade apps using React Native + TypeScript + Expo

Design modular architecture, reusable components, and state management (Redux/Zustand/Context)

Own navigation/deep linking (React Navigation / Expo Router)

Implement secure auth flows (OAuth/OIDC, biometrics, secure storage, token lifecycle)

Integrate native modules (Swift/Kotlin) for payments, analytics, push, fraud/device security SDKs

Optimize performance (startup time, bundle size, memory, rendering, offline caching)

Establish mobile CI/CD & releases (Fastlane, EAS Build, App Store Connect, Google Play Console)

Drive testing and quality (Jest, RN Testing Library, Detox) and mentor engineers

🧰 What we’re looking for

Strong production experience with React Native + TypeScript

Deep Expo ecosystem knowledge (EAS, OTA updates, build pipelines, native config)

Mobile architecture patterns (Clean Architecture, MVVM, modular)

Strong API integration (REST/GraphQL) + offline-first/network resiliency

Cloud backend exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Strong CI/CD, DevOps, release governance experience
