Lead .NET Developer

Requirements

Must have:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience - Over 8 years of expertise in advanced programming languages - Proficiency in the Microsoft .NET framework - Familiarity with systems engineering and deployment processes - Comprehensive understanding of application system analysis and programming phases - In-depth knowledge of the business domain relevant to the application design - Strong grasp of Architecture Best Practices - Extensive knowledge of Security Best Practices - Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design principles

Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of developers, guiding and overseeing their work - Establish and implement software development processes to consistently meet user and business needs - Design software solutions and mentor team members in developing custom applications - Serve as the technical lead for application development involving third-party integrations - Create and execute strategies to meet business requirements - Document developed solutions and facilitate end-user training - Manage development resources within the broader IT project plan and update senior management on progress - Define project scope and objectives - Prepare detailed specifications for programming tasks - Conduct program design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation tasks - Direct and evaluate the work of other systems analysts and developers - Develop project plans and communicate updates and challenges - Lead initiatives for identifying root causes and corrective actions - Mentor and coach junior engineers - Research and guide the team on innovative software development practices and technological solutions - Utilize technical networks for collaboration within the IT department
