Requirements
Must have:
- We bring strategic influence, an innovative mindset, and strong curiosity about the future of AIOps.
- We have 8–10 years of experience in IT operations.
- We have deep expertise in AIOps frameworks, private LLM hosting, and secure AI gateway administration.
- We have 8+ years of platform-level technical leadership experience.
- We prefer candidates with an OutSystems Expert certification or advanced security/cloud architecture credentials.
Responsibilities:
- We lead the technical direction for global, multi-environment OutSystems deployments.
- We define security and data residency standards for AI agents operating on our platform.
- We drive the shift from manual platform upkeep to autonomous platform engineering, using AI to anticipate and avoid outages.
- We design the Platform Workbench and use agentic workflows to automate more than 60% of routine administrative work, including upgrades, patching, and scaling.
- We partner with our Product Management team by sharing validated field requirements for AI infrastructure.
