Position: Lead Software Developer Angular/Java Location: 1915 Health Services Way, Raleigh NC Duration: 6 Months Complete Description:

• NC Dept. of Health and Human Services is seeking a Lead Front end developer to facilitate the development of critical system for Medicaid Transformation Project.
• This developer is to serve as an application developer for the NCDHHS in the design, development, maintenance of Web Portal with Java/ JEE based applications. Practical experience in building enterprise applications is required. Must have extensive experience in Angular 7 framework.

Required Skills

• 5+ years translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• 5+ years working with enterprise application layers such as Security, Presentation, Services, Data Persistence, and Execution.
• 2+ years of Angular 7 experience - must have.
• 2+ years of React UI and GraphQL technologies such as Apollo GraphQL, Knex, Passport, and Passport-SAML.
• 2+ years of Express and Express-GraphQL.
• 3+ years of Spring Boot.
• 3+ years of JavaScript, Node.js, REST APIs, SVN, Eclipse, Spring Tools, and Gradle.
• 2+ years of Amazon PostgreSQL.
• 2+ years working on transition/transformation of large and complex software solutions.
• 2+ years of AWS services including Fargate, ECS, ECR, AWS SDK, S3, CodeCommit, and Lambda.
• 3+ years with Docker/Kubernetes and AWS container orchestration.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and business teams.
• Experience working in Agile environments is highly preferred.
• AWS Certification is highly preferred.
