Requirements

Must have:

- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience - Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience - At least 5 years of knowledge in Desktop and Remote Access Technologies, including VDI and Citrix Cloud - Domain Expert with proven skills in Citrix technologies: CVAD, NetScaler, Provisioning Services, Machine Creation Services, Cloud Services, and Storefront servers - 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Workstation technologies - Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure Cloud Services, as well as networking, print and file services, storage services, security services, and Active Directory management - Proficiency in Azure Portal and Citrix Cloud - In-depth familiarity with IGEL platform, including OS base build and configuration, authorization, and management of endpoint devices - Knowledge of SysTrack monitoring tools, Microsoft SQL Server, and IIS - Solid background in Ivanti (AppSense Management Suite) and Storage Area Networks - Familiarity with PowerShell scripting - Strong project management and leadership capabilities - Self-motivated, independent worker with collaborative skills - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities - Understanding of the ITIL framework - Knowledge and expertise in disaster recovery procedures

Responsibilities:

- Provide third-level technical support for daily activities, analysis, resolution, and ensure the integrity and reliability of VDI environments - Support the implementation of new systems, upgrades, and modifications; engage in planning, testing, coordinating, and scheduling; ensure adherence to client policies and procedures - Minimize client service disruptions by identifying and addressing issues proactively; analyze performance data to enhance service levels - Deploy, configure, and maintain the iGel OS platform; support endpoint management through automated installation of updates and configurations - Conduct routine system analyses, develop reporting metrics, perform proactive and predictive analysis, documentation, testing, and ongoing support; manage incident and problem resolution - Collaborate extensively with vendors and internal teams, coordinating efforts effectively - Provide training and guidance to Help Desk personnel, Operations staff, and Level 1-2 Engineers as needed - Be flexible and available for off-hours support when necessary; participate in 24/7 on-call rotation - Integrate risk and control processes into daily activities to monitor and mitigate risks appropriately
