Mesa, AZ (Remote till Pandemic)
Provide support for the production environments and non-production Linux/Unix environments
Create and deploy operating system patches and patching bundles for all Linux/Unix operating systems
Configuring and managing periodic system backups
Respond to all incident, working on changes and Service requests
Experience with Linux on VMWare is critical with Linux migration
Administration of physical & logical server partitions (LPAR) f) Carry out scheduled server maintenance / reboot activities
Liaise with third party providers/vendors and track and close issues raised with them in case of troubleshooting that involves third party teams
Logical / physical partition management for different UNIX platforms
Experience working on AWS Operations, provisioning, operating, and maintaining systems running on AWS with best practices.
Working experience on Open Shift and building Ansible playbooks for IaC Automation is desired.
Provisioning, and configuration management tools and technologies like Ansible and Teraform
Able to troubleshoot issues with S3, EMR failures, Lamda, SQS, SNS, and other AWS services in collaboration with Product teams and AWS support and restore service with SLA's
