JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for Linux Administration

Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while performing other job responsibilities.

Strong System troubleshooting skills.

Hands-on experience with current server hardware technologies

ITIL Certified and / or Familiarity on ITIL Functions (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management etc.,)

Mentor L1 team membersDirects management of system problems, identifying and solving problems as rapidly as possible, providing critical and essential troubleshooting services on UNIX systems enterprise-wide.

Develops system management processes for UNIX system administration, backup/recovery, virtualization management, and utilization of Monitoring and Management tools for daily management and administration functions.
