Paralegal – Litigation Specialist (Hybrid Remote) in Indianapolis, IN Join a dynamic team dedicated to seeking justice for injured victims. What You Bring Minimum of 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience, especially handling motor vehicle accidents in Indiana Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures, including e-filing Familiarity with insurance claims processes and litigation timelines Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage a high-volume caseload Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software (Filevine preferred) Effective written and verbal communication abilities
Nice To Have Paralegal certificate or degree (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred) Experience with commercial vehicle or trucking cases Knowledge of medical terminology and injury-related documentation Familiarity with e-discovery tools and document management systems
Preferred Education & Experience Paralegal certification or degree At least 5 years of personal injury litigation experience, specifically in motor vehicle accident cases in Indiana
Additional Requirements Hybrid role requiring some onsite presence in Indianapolis Ability to handle complex case documentation, coordinate depositions, and assist with court filings Strong interpersonal skills for client communication and team collaboration,
