This is a full-time on-site role based in Amsterdam, NY, for a Machine Operator at MHXCo Foam Company. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating machinery, monitoring production processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and handling equipment and tools to produce foam products.
Daily tasks also include conducting routine maintenance of machines, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Proficiency in Machine Operation and a solid understanding of operating various machinery
Experience with Quality Control to ensure adherence to established production standards
Familiarity with using and maintaining Hand Tools effectively
Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and reporting operational updates
Attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and an ability to follow safety procedures
Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent is required
