Job Location in Watertown SD*** Machine Operator We are searching for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an entry level machinist at Dynamic Engineering in Watertown, SD. As a saw operator, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality precision parts and components while ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. This position offers an excellent opportunity for skill development and growth within our organization.

Hours 7:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday option of getting off at 12:00 on Fridays.

5 hours OT every week, additional OT available.

4 catered employee lunches Responsibilities Operate and monitor machinery to produce parts according to precise specifications using drawings.

Perform routine machine set-ups, adjustments, and maintenance to optimize accuracy, efficiency, and productivity.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper handling and storage of tools, materials, and equipment.

Conduct inspections to guarantee parts meet quality standards and promptly address any deviations or issues that may arise.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve production problems and improve processes.

Requirements Prior experience in Manufacturing is preferred but not required.

Ability and desire to learn the interpretation of blueprints, and quality control specifications.

Familiarity with operating machinery such as lathes, milling machines, or grinders is a plus.

Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity to handle tools and perform precision work.

Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Technical or vocational training in machining or related field is a bonus.

Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
