QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES The Management Aide Program is an entry-level position open to the following candidates:
Recent graduates of a Bachelor's program; or
Current graduate students or recent graduates of a Master's program in Public Administration, Public Policy, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; and
Six months of experience in a public sector setting; and A strong interest in pursuing a career in public administration
Recent Graduates - Candidates must have graduated within one year of submitting their application.
Expected Graduation Date - Candidates who are expected to graduate with their bachelor's degree before the start of the internship must complete their degree requirements prior to the program's start date.
The Management Aide Internship is an entry-level position for recent graduates who have completed their bachelor's degree, and candidates must have officially graduated by February 2026 to be eligible for consideration.
