What We‘re Doing
Our most advanced radar systems are designed by our Integrated Warfare System and Solutions (IWSS) team and we are looking for highly talent individuals, like yourself, with a passion for RADAR and Electronic Warfare Technology. We provide surface, air and undersea solutions, including radar and surveillance systems, undersea combat systems, and surface combat systems and sensors.
The Work
- In this position, you will be a responsible systems engineering and integration and test leader for the Ground Based and Multi-Mission Air Defense product line groups in Syracuse NY, leading 16-22 systems/software engineers in the development of complex systems.
- Responsible for personnel management including staffing, administration, performance assessment, and feedback. Program area responsibilities include review and approving of functional proposal input and BOEs.
- Individual will own, execute, and status department level initiatives, and act as change agent in responsible area with focus on affordability and advancing technical capabilities and innovation.
- The manager supports and oversees the development and execution of engineering efforts including ensuring cost, schedule, and technical milestones are met. It is expected that the Manager will be > 50% applied doing direct program tasking in some type of leadership and/or technical capacity within the Ground Based and Multi-Mission Air Defense radar product areas./
