Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm (weekends off)
Winner Auto Center is a family-run independent repair shop known for quality work and a friendly atmosphere. We’re seeking an experienced master technician to help guide our shop and team.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of domestic and Asian vehicles
- Perform routine maintenance and major repairs (engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical, etc.)
- Lead by example with high-quality, efficient workmanship
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers
- Stay current with automotive technology and training
- Help foster a positive, collaborative shop culture
Qualifications
- 15+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience
- ASE or OEM certifications strongly preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with modern diagnostic equipment and repair tools
- Clean driver’s license
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
