Materials Program Manager

FII provides customers with intelligent manufacturing services for new forms of electronic equipment products centered on the Industrial Internet platform.

Day to Day responsibilities include:

Monitor material status and delivery schedules to prevent delays

Resolve shortages via suppliers, brokers, or customer coordination

Negotiate pricing and lead times with brokers

Provide material quotations and oversee logistics for on-time delivery

Address shipment issues (quality, RMA, repairs, returns)

Coordinate with QA and receiving teams to resolve discrepancies

Ensure BOM accuracy and align with production plans

Expedite materials, manage PO issues, and support buyers

Handle customs documentation to avoid delays

Required Skills & Experience

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking

1–2 years in supply chain or OEM management

3+ years in material planning

Semiconductor experience (PCBA, SMT-PCBA builds)

Import/export knowledge

2 years NPI experience

SAP or ERP experience preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)

Mandarin fluency
