Mechanical Drafter Source Engineering Lynden WA This is an in person role at our Lynden WA office 98264 Wage 2700 3500 per hour DOE Schedule Monday Thursday 700am 4300pm on site Lynden WA 98264 Friday 700am 1100am on site Lynden WA 98264 Role The Mechanical Drafters role as part of the engineering department is to create or modify drawings They will foster positive and productive communication across stakeholders with thorough planning careful tracking to ensure successful execution of each of their projects Position Responsibilities Produce Mechanical drawings of existing SolidWorks modelsCreate basic sales models and drawingsCreate and interpret hydraulic and electrical schematicsCreate and modify equipment Operations & Maintenance manuals for Source Engineering equipmentGenerate BOMs for purchasingFacilitate engineering change requests as assigned by SupervisorLearn Source Engineering drafting standards and follow them consistentlyCompetencies Required Strong Mechanical aptitudeSolidworks or equivalent 3D modeling software experienceActively seeks and incorporates constructive feedback to continuously improveGood technical writing and communication skillsStrong attention to detailHands on shop experience or equivalentDesire and commitment to adapt to growA passion for serving others with a positive attitudePosition Reports to Engineering Manager Our Purpose Honor God in all we do help people grow & develop pursue excellence & grow profitably Our Vision To provide innovative machinery and process solutions within the panel processing industry
