Job Description:
MUST HAVE SKILLS
- Knowledge in manual and automation testing of native IOS and
Android applications
- Experience in leading and mentoring teams
- Working proficiency of at least one programming language
- Demonstrated capability to make decisions on problem resolutions
during critical down time situations when escalation is impractical.
- Excellent communication skills, analytical knowledge and problem
solving capability.
- Ability to handle work independently.
- Ability to take ownership of the outlined goals and make things
happen.
DESIRED SKILLS
- Design test scripts for manual/automation testing
- Perform statistical analysis of test results and report to project
team
- Working with multiple stakeholders to come up with test approach
- Ability to coordinate with diversified teams executing the testing
project
JOB ROLES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to jump head-first into an ongoing project and ask the
appropriate questions / do the appropriate research to construct Test strategy for up to 2 ongoing projects
- Process improvements/ goals/ hiring plans to implement
- Work with Directors of Test engineering and mobile Engineering to
construct an execution plan on building and scaling an end-to end automation framework
- Ability to discuss high-level functionality and infrastructure of
entire mobile stack and understand all basic user flows and how the technology and integration points behind it works
- Responsible to demonstrate that you have effectively led and
provided proper test coverage for at least one project from inception to delivery
