Model-based systems engineer

Requirements

Must have:

- Experience in performing Systems Engineering activities related to Model Based applications - Familiarity with Model Based Systems Engineering practices and their implementation - Knowledge of Model Based Systems Engineering tools - Active Secret clearance with the capacity to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance - Proficient in utilizing system modeling tools such as Cameo, Rhapsody, and MagicDraw for solving systems engineering challenges - Experience in missile defense systems engineering - Understanding and practical experience with SysML - Experience in process development and deployment - Familiarity with DOORS - Knowledge of MBSE-related Digital Engineering activities and their implementation - Understanding of Agile methodologies - Active Top Secret clearance is preferred - Prior experience with FBM Missile or other missile defense systems including threat systems and Cameo modeling is advantageous - Preference for applicants with over 1 year of classified program experience using Cameo modeling aligned with DoDAF, possessing documented formal LM Space Cameo training - Experience working over 1 year in a structured Agile environment

Responsibilities:

- Support MBSE initiatives across multiple programs and gather stakeholder requirements for MBSE implementation - Create architecture and interface documentation based on model data - Extract stakeholder needs and requirements from model data - Utilize system data from models to produce assembly, integration, and verification data - Undertake additional essential MBSE tasks as required
