What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Executing high-level staging installs and design setups in client homes with precision and care
• Safely driving and operating a 20–26 ft box truck in a variety of job conditions
• Leading or supporting install days, warehouse operations, and logistics execution
• Handling furniture, art, and décor with zero-damage expectations
• Assembling and installing new furnishings for client use with attention to detail and professionalism
• Maintaining an organized, efficient warehouse that supports a fast-growing operation
• Anticipating problems and solving them in real time on job sites

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• Experience in furniture moving, staging, logistics, or high-output physical labor (REQUIRED)
• Proven experience driving a 20–26 ft box truck (REQUIRED)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (REQUIRED)
• Must be drug-free and able to pass a drug screening
• Must pass a background check and be insurable under company policy
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly and perform in Texas heat and long workdays
• Ability to maintain focus, energy, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
