Requirements
Must have:
- We require a bachelors degree in an engineering, technical, or related discipline.
- We require the ability to obtain, or already hold, a U.S. DoD Secret security clearance, and you must be a U.S. citizen for consideration.
- We need experience coaching, mentoring, and developing others critical skills.
- We need strong verbal and written communication skills.
- We require the ability to build effective working relationships.
- We require experience partnering with Program Management, Finance, and Contracts teams.
- We require experience applying the Vee process model to develop and integrate complex systems.
- We require familiarity with DevSecOps practices, including Agile product development using Scrum and Kanban.
- We require a demonstrated ability and willingness to automate manual, time-consuming work.
- We require a solid understanding of program, functional, and process metrics, including Earned Value Management (EVM).
- We prefer experience with complex systems integration, systems engineering, and model-based engineering tools and practices.
- We prefer an advanced degree in Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or Management.
- We prefer SAFe, RMS SAM, or another recognized Agile certification.
- We prefer recent Control Account Management (CAM) experience.
- We prefer capture experience, including proposal writing, along with 12+ years of professional experience and 4+ years in a management role.
- We prefer an active Secret clearance.
- We prefer experience working on both domestic and international firm-fixed-price contracts.
- We prefer experience leading cross-functional product development teams, guiding teams through change, and building hiring plans.
- We prefer experience in cyber and security.
Responsibilities:
- We will have you serve as an Integrated Product Team lead with L-code accountability for a diverse, multidisciplinary team delivering training and logistics solutions across multiple F-35 programs and projects.
- We will rely on you to lead leaders and own overall program performance for an IPT focused on F-35 labs and device standup.
- We will have you coordinate work across Integrated Engineering, Cyber, Security, and Lab Ops.
- We will expect you to protect engineering quality by using quantitative and qualitative management methods and by ensuring compliance with Command Media.
- We will have you gather and use data to support informed, data-driven decisions.
- We will have you manage team performance, including corrective action, staffing demand, and employee growth and career development.
- We will expect you to drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve efficiency and quality.
- We will have you promote automation of manual processes and communicate automation strategies to support adoption across the organization.
