NetSuite Systems Operations

Position Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle NetSuite Systems Operations Analyst to join a technology team responsible for supporting a client's business critical NetSuite ERP and commerce environment.

This role will focus on the operational stability, monitoring, support, and continuous improvement of NetSuite and its connected systems. The Systems Operations Analyst will work closely with Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Customer Service, development, integration, infrastructure, and vendor teams to monitor production processing, investigate system issues, coordinate incident resolution, and support releases and operational changes.

The successful candidate will have at least three years of hands-on NetSuite experience and a working understanding of financial, accounting, commerce, order management, and payment processing operations. This individual must be comfortable managing production issues, analyzing transaction and integration failures, communicating business impact, and coordinating technical teams through resolution.

This role is located at our client site in Alexandria, VA in a hybrid environment.
