Net2Source (N2S)The network engineer duties would be as follows:
Complete any tickets in Jira, and service now.
Checkpoint firewall requests, such as add rules, remove rules, and it security policy changes
F5 configuration, such as irules, vip, pool, node setup and configuration suggestions for various teams
Akamai configuration and configuration suggestions for various teams
Junos Pulse VPN setup for ECOM, Digital, and Retail Corp
Requests for changes, removes, and adds to Cisco Call manager
We work with Store Helpdesk on issues with cisco routers, and switches such as T1 problems, Switch configuration changes, and troubleshootingWe work with Store Helpdesk on issues with Meraki MX's and Switches such as broadband issues and both switch and MX configuration changes and troubleshooting.
We work on any configuration or troubleshooting with regards to wireless in the stores.
We work on any VPN builds on both Cisco ASA's, Checkpoint Firewalls and Meraki MX's.
We work on troubleshooting any network related issues that consists of:
Arista switches in the ECOM network
Checkpoint firewalls in the ECOM network (rules, VPN, and
F5's in the ECOM network
Cisco Nexus switches and routers in the Digital network
Cisco ASA's in the Digital network
F5's in the Digital network
Cisco routers/switches in the retail Corp network
Checkpoint firewalls in retail Corp network
Meraki wireless in retail Corp Offices
Cisco UC in both retail Corp and Digital
Cisco wireless controller and AP's in Digital Office
BGP issues with internet routers
EIGRP issues with in the network as a whole
GRE tunnels with Akamai Prolexic
Akamai issues for both ECOM and Digital
Analysis of tcpdump captures and Extrahop product
