- We require at least 5 years of experience in a related network engineering role, with demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-scale data center and campus network infrastructure.
We expect experience leading and completing IT projects within mid- to large-sized network environments.
We need strong working knowledge of core networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, VxLAN, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, IEEE 802.1x, SD-WAN, multicast, and Wi-Fi protocols.
We require the ability to configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network hardware such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
We value hands-on experience supporting infrastructure platforms including Aruba and Extreme switching, Palo Alto firewalls, Extreme and Aruba wireless, Infoblox DNS, and Mitel phone systems.
We seek a solid understanding of network security principles and industry best practices.
We look for excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
