Network Engineer

Requirements

Must have:

- We require advanced computer and IT proficiency, along with extensive experience administering IP networks.

• We require hands-on experience with Cisco routers, firewalls, and switches, as well as Infinera, Adtran, and Calix equipment.
• We require strong expertise in IP network architecture, design, and troubleshooting.
• We require a CCNA certification or an equivalent professional credential.
• We require excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• We require the ability to work for extended periods at a computer workstation.
• We require flexibility to work overtime, shift schedules, and on-call rotations as needed.

Responsibilities:

- We test, validate, configure, and deploy technologies and equipment used in our network infrastructure.

• We administer and support routers, switches, and network protocols including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, HSRP, MPLS, Multicast, and VoIP.
• We manage related hardware and software that support our voice and data networks.
• We implement new technologies to improve our current services and support future customer offerings.
• We analyze network performance and monitor the health of our voice and data operations.
• We recommend improvements to strengthen network reliability, efficiency, and overall performance.

We are Plateau, and we are hiring a Network Engineer for our headquarters in Clovis, New Mexico. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity with immediate availability and a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $109,000 per year.
