We have an urgent requirement for a Network & Systems Integration Engineer to support critical network, firewall, and Linux-based infrastructure across lab and production environments. The client is actively moving forward with interviews next week.

🔧 Role Overview The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network connectivity, firewall systems, Linux servers, and VMware-based virtual environments. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in networking, Linux administration, and infrastructure integration within hybrid/cloud environments.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Network & Connectivity

Perform network integration across lab and production systems

Configure and troubleshoot routing, interfaces, and connectivity issues

Support internal tools, servers, and test environments

Firewall & Security

Administer and support AON Firewall

Manage firewall configurations, policies, and access controls

Ensure secure and compliant infrastructure operations

Server & OS Administration

Linux system configuration, security hardening, and package management

Perform OS upgrades and server updates

Manage VMware vSphere / ESXi environments

Tooling & Lab Support

Configure and maintain dstest tool in lab environments

Troubleshoot integration between test tools and network infrastructure

✅ Required Skills

Strong Linux administration (networking, system configuration, OS upgrades)

Hands-on network configuration & firewall policy experience

Knowledge of hybrid/cloud network management concepts

Experience using JIRA for ticketing and project tracking

Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
