New Real Estate Agent - Leads, Mentorship and Daily Training
Job description
Getting licensed does not automatically create a pipeline. New agents need conversations, a clear follow-up process, and coaching that helps them turn opportunity into appointments. At Century 21 Everest, certain teams operate lead-generation systems that may provide opportunities based on fit and availability, while Peak Agent Training, live workshops, and daily accountability teach you how to create and convert business for yourself.
Why Join Century 21 Everest?
- Lead Opportunities Inside Producing Teams: Some Everest teams use internet leads, warm inbound development, sphere strategies, and other models to generate business. Opportunities are team-specific and never guaranteed, but new agents can learn inside environments where leads are actively worked and measured.
- A First-Year Conversion Playbook: Peak Agent Training covers prospecting, appointment setting, CRM setup, contracts, consultations, and time management. You learn what to do after a lead arrives and how to build a pipeline that is not dependent on a single source.
- Daily Coaching and Live Practice: Morning Ascent, Basecamp, coaching calls, and prospecting workshops create a regular rhythm for practicing scripts, handling objections, improving follow-up, and building confidence before important client conversations.
- Professional Infrastructure From Day One: MoxiWorks CRM, Canva Enterprise, listing syndication, marketing support, and the #1 Century 21 office globally give you established tools and credibility while you build your own reputation in Utah real estate.
- A newly licensed or pre-licensed professional preparing for a full-time real estate career
- A responsive, coachable person willing to follow up consistently
- A strong communicator ready to practice prospecting and appointment-setting skills
- A self-directed professional who understands that leads require work and conversion
- Build a personal pipeline and work team-provided opportunities when available
- Respond to new inquiries, qualify needs, and schedule consultations
- Complete Peak Agent Training and participate in live skill practice
- Maintain accurate contact records and follow-up plans in MoxiWorks
- Support buyers and sellers through showings, negotiations, contracts, and closing
- Track the daily activity that contributes to appointments and clients
