Requirements

Must have:

- We bring at least 2 years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.

• We have a proven track record of building and supporting production-ready software with clean modular architecture, such as separate services for parsing, processing, and reporting.
• We are proficient in at least two major programming languages, such as Python, JavaScript, Go, or Java, and we work confidently with SQL databases.
• We have practical experience developing for live, real-world environments and managing multi-step system interactions.
• We demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and can deliver precise, high-value technical feedback on intricate system behavior.
• It is a plus if we have experience designing multi-stage coordination workflows where information gathering leads to thoughtful output.
• It is an advantage if we have integrated agents with live tools such as Supabase, Gmail, and other APIs to solve practical problems.
• It is helpful if we are comfortable implementing persistent state and session tracking using MEMORY.md to monitor agent progress.
• It is a bonus if we can identify subtle issues such as privacy leaks, authority escalation, or indirect prompt injection.

Responsibilities:

- We help train advanced AI agents by providing high-quality human feedback.

• We contribute to projects that teach large language models how to plan, coordinate, and optimize complex real-world workflows.
• We assess and refine multi-step autonomous agent behavior across varied scenarios.
• We support the development of proactive systems that can operate through structured, real-world architectural tasks.
• We review system outputs carefully and provide clear, detailed technical observations.
• We help identify flaws, edge cases, and failure modes in agent interactions and tool usage.
