Key Objectives

  • Accurately enter and process customer orders into the company’s order management system.

  • Maintain clear and effective communication with sales, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

  • Support data integrity by verifying order details and resolving discrepancies promptly.

  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements to enhance order processing efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Input customer orders into the software system with precision and speed.

  • Verify and validate order information including product codes, quantities, pricing, and customer details.

  • Collaborate with sales representatives and customer service to clarify and resolve order issues.

  • Monitor order status and update relevant teams on any delays or changes.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to order processing.

  • Assist in generating reports related to order entry metrics and performance.

  • Adhere to company policies and compliance standards throughout the order entry process.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration or related fields is a plus.

  • Proven experience in order entry, data entry, or administrative roles, preferably within the software or technology sector.

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with order management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

  • Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing priorities.
