Duties

• Carefully assemble products using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge to meet specifications.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts to move materials safely within the factory environment.
• Inspect finished goods for quality assurance, ensuring all items meet company standards before packaging.
• Pack products securely and accurately for shipment, following established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.
• Assist with inventory management by labeling, sorting, and documenting materials as needed.
• Support assembly line processes by collaborating with team members to meet production goals.

Skills

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or factory setting, with familiarity working on an assembly line.
• Mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively.
• Warehouse experience, including operating forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols diligently.
• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail for precise packaging tasks.
• Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move materials throughout shifts in a fast-paced environment. Pay: $22.55 - $27.16 per hour
