Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and engage with them to understand their needs and preferences.
• Assist shoppers with product selection, offering personalized recommendations and styling advice.
• Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing.
• Upsell merchandise by suggesting complementary items to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Restock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the store remains tidy and visually appealing through merchandising and stocking.
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely.
• Support inventory management by tracking stock levels and assisting with inventory counts.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive shopping environment.

Experience

• Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for fashion and customer service is essential.
• Demonstrates leadership skills in working with team members or managing tasks independently.
• Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic retail math ensures smooth transactions.
• Strong communication skills are necessary for engaging customers confidently and professionally.
