Duties
- Actively engage with customers through direct sales efforts, including cold calling and face-to-face interactions at retail locations and events
- Manage territory sales by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and expanding brand presence in assigned areas
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide tailored recommendations to meet customer needs, upselling when appropriate
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, ensuring excellent account management and customer service
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, update customer information, and analyze sales performance
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and increase brand visibility within the territory
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales with a focus on fashion or apparel preferred
- Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and lead generation effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for tracking sales activities and customer interactions
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to build rapport and close deals confidently
- Demonstrated ability to conduct product demos, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities
- Experience in technology sales or technical sales is a plus but not required
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of motivation and enthusiasm
