Fusion Staffing PartnersOur elite global Private Credit Fund client is seeking to recruit a Performance Analytics Associate with advanced Power BI skills and demonstrated investor-facing reporting, performance analytics and P&L driver analysis and data analytics experience in the private credit or direct lending industry.
Perform investor-facing reporting, performance analytics and P&L driver analysis and data analytics
Work with large complex datasets and ensure platform data integrity and accuracy
Utilize advanced Power BI skills to generate investor and performance reports and manage data analytics
Collaborate closely with front-office investment teams, institutional investors and other key stakeholders
Gather requirements from business users for report development, to provide critical analytical recommendations and to identify operational improvements
Assist with strategic project and ad hoc technology and system enhancements
2+ years of investor-facing fund and performance reporting experience required
Advanced Power BI skills mandatory
Private Credit / Direct Lending industry experience mandatory
Ability to work closely with front-office investment teams
P&L and fund data analytics experience
Demonstrated ability to gather requirements from business users, generate actionable reports and identify trends required
Advanced analytical, critical thinking, project management and problem solving skills
Understanding of the private credit fund structures, waterfall calculations and financial statement analysis preferred
Strong work ethic with the ability to interact effectively with key internal and external stakeholders
Exposure to AI and/or interest in working with AI platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
