Need strong load runner experience
6-8 years of IS/IT experience, including experience in Performance Testing. BS or equivalent in computer science or engineering.
Experience with Unix commands and shell scripting.
Experience with Client Load runner or similar load testing tools.
Knowledge of Oracle technologies Oracle 11g and PL/SQL (Understanding of Query plans, AWR Reports etc.)
Understanding of performance testing concepts (CPU Utilization, Response time, network latency, think time, etc.).
Good data collection/analysis/compilation/data comparison/data presentation skills.
Knowledge of Java/J2EE technologies.
Understanding of any version management tool like SVN, VSS etc.
Ability to learn new technical concepts quickly
Ability to apply technical knowledge and experiences to facilitate the resolution of various technical issues. Does not have to solve them alone, but must be able to lead a group of SMEs from different disciplines in order to arrive at a solution
Strong interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication.
