Performance Testing Support Analyst

Roles And Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and maintain automated stress, load, and volume test scripts using Client LoadRunner, UFT, and WinRunner.

Perform performance and regression testing for SAP ECC, BI, PRISM, and RISE/HANA releases to validate system scalability and reliability.

Create automated functional and integration test cases supporting major software releases and upgrades.

Build and maintain test data frameworks to simulate real-world business process volumes.

Conduct analysis on system performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and provide optimization recommendations.

Develop testing schedules, track milestones, and report progress to project management and technical teams.

Collaborate closely with SAP BASIS, functional, and development teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in test environments.

Support ongoing stress and volume testing on-demand for production performance issues.

Maintain comprehensive documentation for test scenarios, scripts, and validation results.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.

Experience: 6 years in performance testing, automation, and quality assurance.

Hands-on expertise in Client LoadRunner and UFT for SAP performance validation.

Experience developing automated scripts and analyzing SAP transaction performance.

Strong understanding of SAP ECC, BI, and RISE/HANA architecture.

Knowledge of performance benchmarking, test data creation, and end-to-end business process testing.

Familiarity with PRISM software preferred but not mandatory.

Experience working with DOI

Ability to provide detailed performance reports and recommendations for release readiness
