About The Role

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Team Leader to join our dynamic team at W3care Technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of developers, ensuring the successful delivery of multiple projects simultaneously. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong technical expertise, and the ability to motivate and mentor team members.

As a key contact point within the team, you will facilitate effective collaboration, oversee project progress, and ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines. The candidate should possess a strong sense of ownership and integrity, proactively addressing challenges to maintain smooth operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a talented team while working on diverse projects that impact our clients' digital growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience as a PHP/Laravel developer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, MySQL, AJAX, XML, XHTML, and CSS.
• Experience with PHP frameworks such as CakePHP, and CMS platforms like WordPress and Drupal.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Magento and Shopify is preferred.
• Knowledge of Angular or React is a plus.
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Experience working with Git repositories and version control systems.
• Understanding of iterative development methodologies like Agile.
• Experience managing projects on cloud hosting platforms such as AWS or GoDaddy.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proven track record of delivering projects under pressure with integrity and ownership.

• Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
• Delegate tasks effectively within the team, monitor progress, and provide guidance and support as needed.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and communicate progress regularly.

• Participate in all stages of the development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, deployment, and support.
• Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support and maintain existing applications, ensuring their optimal performance and security.
• Promote a collaborative team environment and facilitate effective communication among team members.
• Implement and adhere to development standards and methodologies, including Agile practices.
• Document project processes, technical specifications, and best practices for future reference.
