PHP Developer

• *Overview**

We are seeking a skilled PHP Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and services using PHP and related technologies. • *Duties
• Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using PHP, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to implement user interfaces utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Bootstrap, and responsive web design principles.
• Design and optimize database schemas using MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB, SQLite, and other data storage solutions; write efficient SQL queries.
• Integrate third-party APIs and develop RESTful APIs for seamless data exchange across platforms.
• Implement system architecture best practices including OOP principles, MVC patterns, and microservices architecture.
• Utilize version control systems such as GitHub and SVN to manage code repositories effectively.
• Automate deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI; manage configuration with Ansible or Azure DevOps.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing frameworks and perform debugging to troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Participate in Agile development processes using Trello or Jira for task management; contribute to project planning and sprint reviews.
• Maintain knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for application hosting and scaling.
• Develop user flows and wireframes for UI/UX improvements; contribute to web design efforts including SEO optimization.
• Work with DevOps practices to streamline application deployment and system monitoring.
• *Requirements
• Proven experience in PHP development with a strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, JavaScript (TypeScript), jQuery, AJAX, React, Angular, Bootstrap, and responsive design techniques.
• Hands-on experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB, SQLite; familiarity with SQL optimization.
• Knowledge of modern frameworks like Laravel (PHP), Django (Python), Ruby on Rails (Ruby), ASP.NET (C#), Spring Framework (Java), Express.js (Node.js), React Native for mobile development.
• Familiarity with RESTful API design & development; experience working with Web services including SOAP & GraphQL.
• Experience with version control systems like GitHub or SVN; familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps is a plus.
• Understanding of system architecture principles including OOP concepts and MVC pattern implementation.
• Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS or Azure for deployment & scaling solutions.
• Ability to write clean code following best practices; experience with unit testing frameworks is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills combined with effective communication abilities; ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.
