Define SLOs, SLIs, and reliability KPIs

Reduce incident volume and MTTR through automation

Integrate monitoring with ServiceNow event management

Deliver executive dashboards and reliability reporting

SRE / PRE methodologies

Observability platforms

ITIL + reliability engineering

Automation & alerting strategies

Qualifications:

7 years of experience in infrastructure operations, platform engineering, or SRE roles

Demonstrated experience designing and implementing enterprise monitoring and observability solutions

Hands-on experience with tools such as Datadog, Splunk, Dynatrace, Azure Monitor, or AppDynamics

Strong understanding of SRE principles, including SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, and incident management

Experience integrating observability platforms with ServiceNow Event Management or ITSM workflows

Proven ability to reduce incident volume and improve MTTR and platform availability

Experience driving automation for alerting, remediation, and reliability improvements
