Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled, motivated Plumber to join our Tiger Family. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across mostly residential areas with some commercial applications included. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from installing plumbing systems to more straightforward jobs like pipe repairs.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment.
• Drive to multiple job locations throughout the workday
• Communicate with our dispatch team to ensure accurate completion of jobs
• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and perform preventative maintenance
• Be on call for after-hours and weekend service calls

Qualifications

• Valid Drivers Lisence
• Current Minnesota Journeymen Plumber license (preferred)
• Knowledge of local Minnesota Plumbing Codes
• Proven experience as a Plumber with a valid license or certification demonstrating completion of apprenticeship programs (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction, plumbing, and mechanical principles (with HVAC systems as a plus)
• Ability to perform field service tasks efficiently in various environments, including residential properties and commercial buildings.

The hourly wage is based on experience and level of expertise. All plumbers are encouraged to apply. The advertised wage does not include commissions. Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
