Vailes Home Improvement Services is seeking an experienced Residential Service Plumber to join our growing family-owned team. As a Residential Service Plumber, you will respond to in-home service calls, diagnose plumbing issues, perform repairs, provide maintenance solutions, and clearly explain recommendations to homeowners. This role includes plumbing diagnostics, fixture installations, drain cleaning, system troubleshooting, and repair work while maintaining strong communication with customers, dispatch, and office teams. You will also maintain an organized service vehicle, document service work accurately, and participate in ongoing technical training and team development.
Senior plumbers may also help mentor apprentices and support newer technicians.
