Requirements

Must have:

- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience - Eight or more years of relevant experience - Strong expertise in DevOps and platform engineering, supporting large-scale, transaction-based applications - Proven experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines with automation, quality gates, and embedded security - Hands-on experience building shared DevOps platforms, reusable pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) - Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS) and modern platform tooling - Experience architecting and operating systems in regulated environments (PCI required; HIPAA preferred) - Solid understanding of application monitoring, alerting, performance instrumentation, and operational readiness - Demonstrated ability to influence and enable development teams through standards, tooling, and best practices - Strong partnership and communication skills, with experience translating security, risk, and compliance requirements into scalable technical solutions

Responsibilities:

- Drive DevOps and platform practices to support MPS applications - Design and operate CI/CD pipelines incorporating automation, quality control, and security measures - Build and maintain shared DevOps platforms, reusable pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code to empower development teams - Architect and construct systems and delivery pipelines to meet PCI and HIPAA compliance standards - Define and promote best practices for application monitoring, alerting, and performance tracking - Influence development teams to take ownership of performance metrics, capacity planning, and operational preparedness - Collaborate with engineering, security, and risk teams to convert compliance requirements into scalable technical solutions - Support incident response and lead post-incident reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
