Job SummaryWe are seeking a Process Engineer to support client integrations and operational process design within our logistics and fulfillment network.
This role is responsible for translating client requirements into scalable, efficient workflows within our warehouse management, order management, and transportation systems.
The Process Engineer will partner closely with clients, implementation teams, IT, and operations to ensure seamless onboarding, process accuracy, and long-term operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead process design and implementation for new client integrations into fulfillment and logistics systems
- Translate client requirements into operational workflows, system configurations, and standard operating procedures
- Partner with IT and integration teams to support system mappings, data flows, EDI/API connections, and testing
- Analyze and document end-to-end processes including order intake, inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and billing
- Identify risks, gaps, and inefficiencies during onboarding and propose scalable solutions
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live readiness, and post-launch stabilization
- Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, process maps, and training materials
- Serve as a liaison between clients, operations, and technical teams to resolve integration or process issues
- Monitor operational performance post-integration and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure processes align with service level agreements (SLAs), client expectations, and internal standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field
- Experience in process engineering, operations, logistics, fulfillment, or system implementations
- Strong understanding of warehouse and fulfillment operations
- Experience gathering and translating business requirements into system and process solutions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with WMS, OMS, TMS, or ERP systems
- Familiarity with client integrations, EDI, APIs, and data mapping
- Experience in 3PL, e-commerce fulfillment, or distribution environments
- Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience
- Project management experience in client onboarding or implementations
