Must be eligible to work in the US for a minimum of 18 months. Local candidates are preferred but not required.
Interviews will be held via Teams with 2 or 3 engineering leaders. For local candidates selected, an on-site interview may be requested before finalizing decision.
Typical 40 hours per week. May require working weekends/holidays or longer days to support project schedule.

Must-Have Skills
Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills
Experience with process qualification, equipment startup, and manufacturing support
Proficiency in JMP, Minitab, and/or Power BI
Hands-on experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DoE)
Ability to design and execute experiments and analyze large data sets
Excellent communication, organization, and technical leadership skills
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
Nice-to-Have Skills
Six Sigma methodologies and tools (DMAIC, variability reduction)
Experience with fiber optic or high-speed cable manufacturing
Familiarity with TRIZ, KT-PA, MEE, or similar problem-solving frameworks
Experience developing SOPs, job aids, and training documentation
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Support equipment startup and process qualification through hands-on testing and data collection
Design, execute, and analyze experiments to improve line performance and product quality
Identify root causes of manufacturing issues and implement process improvements
Apply SPC, DoE, and Six Sigma methods to reduce variability, defects, and improve throughput
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support technology deployment and standard work development
Ensure safe work practices and compliance with manufacturing standards
Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Materials, or Industrial Engineering
Experience completing projects in a manufacturing environment
Strong data analysis, visualization, and decision-making capabilities
Ability to manage changing priorities and multitask effectively
Self-starter with strong collaboration and influencing skills
