This is a full-time, on-site Processing Technician role located in Lexington, KY. In this position, you will assist with a variety of tasks, including preparing, processing, and packaging cannabis products. Responsibilities will include operating equipment, maintaining sterile laboratory environments, performing quality control checks, and adhering to safety and compliance protocols.
You will also collaborate with team members to ensure efficiency and product consistency. Training will be provided for specific tasks to ensure all processing standards are met.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and follow established protocols.
Proficiency in laboratory skills, including handling equipment and maintaining an organized workspace.
Experience in quality control and attention to detail for ensuring product standards are consistently met.
Knowledge of sterilization techniques to maintain a clean and compliant work environment.
Ability to participate in training and adapt quickly to new processes and operational procedures.
Familiarity with the cannabis industry or manufacturing processes is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in a related field is beneficial.
Capability to perform repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy.
