Turning Steel Structures into Game Changing Spaces Youre the person who always finds the right solution at the right price You thrive on organization negotiation and strategic thinking You enjoy building vendor relationships optimizing purchasing processes and ensuring materials arrive on time so projects never miss a beat ROXBOX is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead purchasing operations across our modular construction projects Youll develop procurement strategies negotiate vendor agreements improve purchasing systems and collaborate with Design Estimating Production and Receiving to ensure every project has the right materials at the right time What Youll Do Order materials equipment and supplies for the shop office and all active projectsPlan procurement needs alongside Estimating and Production on Google SheetsDefine evaluate and refine preferred vendor relationshipsDevelop and improve procurement SOPs and purchasing workflowsTrack purchases deliveries and procurement lists on Google Sheets that are shared files for team collaborationOversee the Receiving team to ensure proper documentation and storage Verify stock materials and replenish as neededTrain and coach the Receiving team on procurement SOPs and filing systemsCross reference design drawings against BOMs for accuracy before procurementReview completed projects with Estimating to reconcile material costs and update cost groupsManage vendor returns and refunds promptlyCreate weekly purchasing expense forecasts and adjust based on project timelines available funds expedited requests and material lead timesDevelop procurement strategy and continuously improve purchasing workflowsWhat Makes You a Great Fit Construction or manufacturing purchasing experienceExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environmentStrong communication and cross functional collaborationComfortable reading construction drawings and bills of materialsProcess oriented with a continuous improvement mindsetExperience &
