Position Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated Production Assistant to join our team in Inglewood, CA.

The Production

Assistant will provide support for event production, logistics, and operational activities. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in event operations, production coordination, and project support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing event materials, equipment, and supplies
• Support event setup, breakdown, and venue preparation activities
• Help organize and maintain production inventory and storage areas
• Coordinate the movement of equipment and materials as needed
• Support team members with administrative and logistical tasks
• Perform additional operational duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Dependable with strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs when required
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
