Full Time, 40 hours a week, Typically Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm or 9:30am-5:30pm(flex). The initial 2-week training is in-person at a Hopelink worksite. After training, hybrid with some in-person and some remote schedule options available. (typically, 3 days onsite and 2 days remote). Some flexibility on determining schedule. Some travel and coverage at other Hopelink sites.
Since 1971, Hopelink has provided stability-building programs for people experiencing poverty, immigrants and refugees, and people with disabilities. We are the largest nonprofit in North and East King County.

Hopelink programs work in tandem to fill gaps, supporting each family or individual's unique needs. These include food, energy, and financial assistance, housing with case management, mobility management, non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT), Dial-a-Ride Transit (DART), English for work, family development, and financial capabilities.

The Program Manager - Volunteer Services is a dynamic, community-centered role that strategically connects people with purpose. As part of the People Division and reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this position ensures volunteers are welcomed, trained, supported, and connected meaningfully with Hopelink's mission and services.
The Program Manager partners closely with program leaders and internal stakeholders in the Human Resources, Mobility, Community Services, Development, and Marketing & Communications programs to deliver consistent, high-quality volunteer experience.
This role requires someone who thrives on collaboration, loves being in communities with people, is highly sociable, and brings meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of volunteer program management.
